One chef writes this, so there is no support desk: messages land with the person who wrote the issue.
Email pacman@ascentterminal.com, or reply to any issue of the newsletter: replies are routed to that inbox. The comments under any video on The Pass on YouTube work too, and an Etsy message to the PrepSheet shop at prepsheet.etsy.com reaches the same chef.
If something in an issue or a video is wrong, say so, with what you would put in its place. Corrections get made in the archived issue.
